Attloc keeps rent, tenant, and maintenance records for property owners, managers, and tenants. We collect only what the app needs to work, we don't sell your data, and we don't show ads.
This policy applies to attloc.com and the Attloc app at app.attloc.com. In it, "Attloc", "we", and "us" mean the team that runs these services. "You" means anyone who uses them: owners, managers, and tenants.
Property owners add their own tenants and records to Attloc. For that information, the owner decides what goes in, and we store and process it on their behalf.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Attloc sends notifications through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is operated by Meta. To deliver a message, we pass Meta your phone number and the message content. Meta handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy. If you'd rather not receive WhatsApp messages, ask the property owner or contact us at the address below.
Inside Attloc, information is visible only to people with a role that needs it. Tenants see their own records. Owners and their managers see the records for their properties.
Outside Attloc, we share data only with services that help us run it: our cloud hosting provider, which stores the data, and Meta for WhatsApp delivery. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
We use a cookie only to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep records for as long as the owner's account is active, because rent and payment history is the point of the service. When an account is closed, we delete its data. Backup copies are kept for a limited period for disaster recovery and are then deleted automatically.
All traffic to Attloc is encrypted with HTTPS. Data is stored on servers we manage, access is limited by role, and the database is backed up regularly.
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for optional messages. Some records, such as payment history, may need to be kept for the property owner's legal or accounting purposes. In that case we'll tell you what we can and can't remove.
We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you have a complaint about how your data is handled, contact us first and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also let account holders know in the app.
